REMOTE VISITS: *Must be in the check in queue BY the visitation start time, but no more than 15 minutes prior. Only one "no show" is permitted. Additional "no shows" will result in a 30 day ban of visitation privileges. *Must be scheduled online. *Update your phone number in case staff needs to communicate with you. *Please run “Internet Visit Tester” prior to entering check in. *Have registered ID ready for verification. *Visitation Center dress code applies. *No smoking, vaping, drugs, paraphernalia, alcohol, or provocative items visible. *No unregistered visitors. *No use of additional phones/tablets/computers aside from that which you are conducting your visit on. *No posing or displaying of body during the visit. GENERAL RULES (applicable at Visitation Center and for Remote Visits)
On site visitors must check in within the FIRST 20 MINUTES of the visit start time.
All visitors, including minors, must be added to the visit.
There are three visitors allowed per visit - two adults and one child OR one adult and two children.
To ensure you are notified of cancelled visits, make sure you have a up to date e-mail address on file.
Final determination of dress code appropriateness is at the discretion of staff, however, please take note of the following:
*No revealing or offensive apparel. No clothing which unduly exposes the shoulders, chest, back, stomach, midriff and upper thigh. This is to include but not limited to: halter tops, strapless tops, tube tops, spaghetti strap tops, bathing suits; thigh should not be visible above an appropriate mid-thigh level-to include ripped jeans.
*No transparent or revealing clothing which is intended to excessively accent the body will be permitted. (Nothing excessively form fitting will be permitted).
*Appropriate undergarments are required but should not be visible.
*Any shirt, jacket, hat or other article of clothing with a picture or language that maybe considered profane or offensive or is considered a Security Threat Group (STG) or gang related will not be allowed.
*Some type of footwear must be worn at Visitation Center.
*No standing at Visitation Center once the visit has started.
